Fourth amended preliminary injunction on high pressure steel cylinders from China for Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd. (BTIC) for the period 12/15/2011 through 05/31/2016 (A-570-977)

1. On 12/2/2016, the U.S. Court of International Trade issued a fourth amended preliminary injunction (PI) enjoining liquidation of entries identified in paragraph 2 which are subject to the antidumping duty order on high pressure steel cylinders from the People's Republic of China (PRC) (A-570-977) for the period 12/15/2011 through 05/31/2016. This PI was issued in connection with court number 12-00203 and amends message number 5335312. 2. This PI enjoins liquidation of entries which are subject to the United States Department of Commerce's antidumping duty order on high pressure steel cylinders from the People's Republic of China, were exported by Beijing Tianhai Industry Co., Ltd., and were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 12/15/2011 through 05/31/2016. 3. Effective 12/2/2016, no liquidation may be made for entries referred to in paragraph 2 which remain unliquidated during the period 12/15/2011 through 05/31/2016. Any such entries that are set for liquidation must be unset immediately. Continue to suspend liquidation of these entries until liquidation instructions are issued. 4. Effective immediately, CBP is instructed to follow the terms of the PI. 5. The PI applies to the liquidation instructions in message number 6300302, dated 10/26/2016. 6.
