The EEM data elements must be submitted in the correct segment outlined in the EEM Implementation Guides (IGs) . The validations will initially be set to INFORMATIONAL. The following validations have been added to the EEM (IG) Appendix J – Response Codes : 640— MISSING SH PARTY INFO— B/L Shipper party information is missing 641— MISSING CN/UC PARTY INFO— Both B/L Consignee and Ultimate Consignee party information are missing. Need provide at the least one of them. 642— INVALID DEST CTRY CODE— B/L Consignee/Ultimate Consignee party info country code is not provided or is not valid.
