1. On 10/12/2010, Commerce published a Notice of Decision of the Court of International Trade Not in Harmony (75 FR 62504), as a result of the United States Court of International Trade's (CIT) 10/01/2010 final decision in GPX Int'l Tire Corp. v. United States (Court No. 08-00285). On 03/13/2015, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit (CAFC) issued a final and conclusive decision. As a result of this decision, on 07/22/2016, Commerce published, in the Federal Register, a Notice of Amended Final Determination Pursuant to a Final Court Decision (81 FR 47754), amending the cash deposit rate for certain producer/exporter combinations. 2. As a result of the CAFC's final decision, the producer/exporter combinations identified below have an amended cash deposit rate. Therefore, effective 03/23/2015 (ten days after the CAFC's final decision), the below amended cash deposit rates apply. For shipments of certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after 03/23/2015, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producer/exporter combinations listed below: Producer: Aeolus Tyre Co., Ltd.
