Now, when an ACE Portal account is reactivated, the affected account user has 72 hours from the time of reactivation to log into the reactivated account. If the user does not login within 72 hours, the account will become disabled again. For ACE Portal account support, contact ACE.Support@cbp.dhs.gov . Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page . You will need to use your e-mail address to log in.
