On 04/13/2016, Commerce published in the Federal Register (81 FR 21480) the final results of the new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on freshwater crawfish tail meat from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period 09/01/2013 through 08/31/2014 (A-570-848). 2. Effective 04/13/2016, importers may no longer post a bond or other security in lieu of a cash deposit on imports of subject merchandise from the exporter/producer combination listed below as permitted in message 4308301, dated 11/04/2014. For shipments of freshwater crawfish tail meat from the PRC entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/13/2016 (date of publication of final FR notice), the following cash deposit requirements apply to the exporter/producer combination listed below: Exporter: Weishan Hongda Aquatic Food Co., Ltd. Producer: Weishan Hongda Aquatic Food Co., Ltd. Case number: A-570-848-061 Cash deposit rate or amount: 26.10% 3. The cash deposit rate shown above applies only to the exporter/producer combination identified in paragraph 2. For entries of subject merchandise from the exporter or producer identified above in any other combinations, cash deposits only should be collected at the chain rate that applies to that other combination, or if no rate exists for that chain, at the PRC-wide rate in effect on the date of entry. The PRC-wide rate is 223.01 percent. 4. These cash deposit requirements will remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries covered by this review until liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
