1. On 02/26/2026, (91 FR 9551) Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on organic soybean meal from India (subject merchandise) for the period 01/01/2023 through 12/31/2023. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/26/2026, produced and/or exported by the companies named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Ecopure Specialties Limited Case number: C-533-902-014 Cash deposit rate: 75.48% Producer and/or Exporter: Tejawat Organic Foods Case number: C-533-902-015 Cash deposit rate: 3.66% Producer and/or Exporter: Vinod Kumar Ranjeet Singh Bafna. Case number: C-533-902-016 Cash deposit rate: 3.66% Producer and/or Exporter: All others Case number: C-533-902-000 Cash deposit rate: 9.57% 3.
