1. On 02/24/2026, (91 FR 8826) Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on sodium nitrite from India (subject merchandise) for the period 06/21/2022 through 12/31/2023. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/24/2026, produced and/or exported by the companies named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Deepak Nitrite Limited; Deepak Nitrite Limited Nandesari Division Case number: C-533-907-001 Cash deposit rate: 6.07% Producer and/or Exporter: Kronox Lab Sciences Pvt. Ltd. Case number: C-533-907-002 Cash deposit rate: 6.07% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of subject merchandise until specific assessment instructions are issued. 4.
