1. On 03/02/2026, Commerce published in the Federal Register (91 FR 10059) its preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value and the postponement of the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of hardwood and decorative plywood (plywood) from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (Vietnam). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 5168403, dated 06/17/2025. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-552-851. 4. For imports of plywood from China, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 03/02/2026.
