1. On 02/19/2026, (91 FR 7960) Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain (subject merchandise) for the period 01/01/2023 through 12/31/2023. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/19/2026, produced and/or exported by the company named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Gulf Aluminium Rolling Mill B.S.C. Case number: C-525-002-001 Cash deposit rate: 3.34% Producer and/or Exporter: All others Case number: C-525-002-000 Cash deposit rate: 6.44% 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of subject merchandise until specific assessment instructions are issued. 4.
