To address the vulnerability, CBP has permanently disabled the BI Inbox for trade community users. As a reminder, report sharing is still available through the following features: Users can share reports with others in their organization using shared folders. Reports can be exported to various formats (e.g., Excel spreadsheet, PDF, CSV) that can be distributed. For questions about ACE Reports, contact ace.reports@cbp.dhs.gov .
