1. On 02/10/2026, Commerce initiated a circumvention inquiry to determine whether components of mattresses from Poland (i.e., foam, innersprings, and mattress covers), which are assembled or completed in the United States into mattresses ("mattress components"), are covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on mattresses from Poland (A-455-807). See 91 FR 5914. 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of mattress components that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on mattresses from Poland at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.226(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
