1. On 12/19/2025 (90 FR 59492), Commerce published in the Federal Register the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China. See message 5357409, dated 12/23/2025. 2. On 01/26/2026 (91 FR 3121), Commerce published in the Federal Register the amended final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China. See message 6029418, dated 01/29/2026. 3. As a result of Commerce's amended final results of administrative review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for one company. Therefore, CBP is authorized to collect the difference in cash deposits for entries of mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from the People's Republic of China produced and/or exported by the entities listed in paragraph 4 from 12/19/2025 through 01/25/2026. CBP should calculate the amount to collect by determining the difference between the amount of cash deposit paid as a result of the application of the cash deposit rate in the final results and the amount due as a result of the application of the cash deposit rate in the amended final results. 4. Listed below is the deposit rate that was assigned to one company in the final results of review (see message 5357409, dated 12/23/2025) and the deposit rate that was assigned in the amended final results of administrative review (see message 6029418, dated 01/29/2026): Producer and/or Exporter: Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co. Ltd. and its cross-owned companies: Zhejiang Green Power Machinery Co., Ltd.; Zhejiang Shengda Fenghe Automotive Equipment Co., Ltd.; Zhejiang Xieheng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
