1. This is a correction to message 6020401, dated 01/20/2026, to correct paragraph 4 of that message. 2. Paragraph 4 of message 6020401 contains incorrect information about the suspension of liquidation and cash deposit rates. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. On 01/16/2026, Commerce published in the Federal Register its affirmative preliminary determination of sales at less than fair value and postponement of the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan (91 FR 2098). 4. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 5128404, dated 05/08/2025. 5. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-588-883. 6a. For imports of lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan, CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/16/2026. Effective 01/16/2026, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Kobelco Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. Case number: A-588-883-001 Cash deposit rate: 2.79% All Others Case Number: A-588-883-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 2.79% 6b. Commerce found a zero or de minimis margin on imports of lattice boom crawler cranes from Japan for the producer/exporter combination identified below. Accordingly, CBP is directed not to suspend liquidation of imports of shipments, and not to collect cash deposits, from the producer/exporter combination below for shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/16/2026. Producer: Sumitomo Heavy Industries Construction Cranes Co., Ltd. Exporter: Sumitomo Heavy Industries Construction Cranes Co., Ltd. Case Number: A-588-883-002 This exclusion from suspension of liquidation does not apply to entries of merchandise: (i) produced by Sumitomo Heavy Industries Construction Cranes Co., Ltd. that is exported by any company other than Sumitomo Heavy Industries Construction Cranes Co., Ltd.; (ii) exported by Sumitomo Heavy Industries Construction Cranes Co., Ltd. that is produced by any company other than Sumitomo Heavy Industries Construction Cranes Co., Ltd.; or (iii) exported by a company that sourced from this excluded combination. 7. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 2.79 percent to establish the cash deposit. 8.
