Emails exceeding the 30MB limit will be rejected at the mailbox level. In situations where the cumulative attachment size of documents exceeds 30MB, filers should split documents into multiple email submissions. For questions about DIS document submission, contact: ITDSsupport@cbp.dhs.gov .
