Following this deployment, users who are authorized will no longer use the legacy ACE Portal to create, manage, and view declarations; going forward, the functionality will only be available in the modernized ACE Portal. For more information on this deployment, review the ACE Portal Modernization webpage . CBP will provide additional information on upcoming enhancements as it becomes available.
