CSMS # 58314242 - Entry Summary Query (EQ) intermittent ACE System Failures U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 11/07/2023 09:18 AM EST Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS # 58314242 - Entry Summary Query (EQ) intermittent ACE System Failures CBP is aware of ACE System Failure responses being triggered intermittently on Entry Summary Query (EQ) in the Production environment. The issue has been researched a fix is scheduled for deployment on Thursday, November 9, 2023. In the meantime, temporarily limiting queries to 100 entry summary numbers per EQ until the fix on Thursday will avoid the most frequent cause to the ACE System Failure response. Additionally, L-ACE Entry Summary Query (i.e., JC/JD) is still running in parallel if needed before Thursday. A CSMS will be issued once this is resolved.
