Trade users are now able to launch the AESDirect User Interface (UI) from the modernized ACE Portal only. Below are the steps to launch AESDirect from the modernized ACE Portal: Step 1 – Log into the modernized ACE Portal at: https://ace.cbp.gov/ Step 2 – Select “Exporter” under the “Accounts” drop-down menu Step 3 – Select the appropriate Exporter account by clicking the hyperlink for the account under the “Account Name” column Step 4 – On the right side of the screen, select “Submit AES Filing” to launch AESDirect For additional information on the ACE Portal Modernization effort, including upcoming deployments, visit the ACE Portal Modernization webpage .
