Added 13 as a valid reason code associated with PGA line level status code 01. 2. Added <blank> as a valid PGA reason code associated with PGA line level status codes 01, 02 and 07. This is not new, and the document was just updated to reflect that reality, for completeness. Please see the change log and the associated code descriptions, in the updated document.
