The deployment included the release of the new Informational Response Message 199 – (INVALID BILL TYPE) and is now available for testing. A date for release to the Production environment will be sent in a future message. Documentation related to the new response 199 – (INVALID BILL TYPE) is now available in Appendix J – Response Codes and can be found at: https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-export-manifest-appendix-j .
