The deployment will take place today and include the release of the new Informational Response Message 610 - Empty Vessel (Departure Message – No bill associated to that vessel). A date for release to the Production environment will be sent in a future message. Documentation related to the new response 610 – Empty Vessel message can be found at: https://www.cbp.gov/document/guidance/ace-export-manifest-appendix-j . Trade and Software Developers that submit via the Electronic Data Interface (EDI) should update their software for these changes.
