For further information, including the full listing of nations, economies, and fisheries eligible to export wild-caught shrimp to the United States, please see the Federal Register notice found here: https://www.federalregister.gov/d/2023-11115 The Department of State has suspended its determinations for Malaysian shrimp fisheries. Therefore, shipments of wild-caught shrimp or products from that shrimp harvested in Malaysia with a Date of Export later than May 31, 2023, are not permitted entry into the United States.
