A workaround to find the HTS information is to query a partial HTS# (i.e., 6 digits). This issue is causing some filers to receive rejects for EST DUTY/CALC'D DUTY MISMATCH. If this happens, filers should verify the correct duty rates are being transmitted. This issue is being addressed as emergency fix tomorrow morning.
