Type must be submitted if the article is regular aluminum, regular aluminum on the Generally Accepted Exclusion (GAE) list, or derivative aluminum regardless of whether the Section 232 duty treatment, quota treatment, or exception treatment applies. The updated version of the ACE CATAIR will be posted shortly under Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities tab on CBP.gov. Deployment to the Certification environment is March 14, 2023.
