Ocean Manifests should not be amended outside the Estimated Date of Arrival (EDA) plus/minus 270 days. FTZ Admission of two or more events to be processed successfully at the House Bill of Lading container level when a Master Bill of Lading is not provided. On standalone PE transactions, Master bill numbers will be allowed without a House bill. Fix for including the House Bill of Lading number on the Ocean House Bill status notifications and Ocean/Air in-bond House Bill level status notifications.
