On 09/24/2025, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether new pneumatic light truck tires of rubber, radial, with a "LT" prefix or suffix in their sidewall markings, of a size not listed in the light truck section of the Tire and Rim Association year book, are covered by the scope of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from the People's Republic of China (China). (A-570-016, C-570-017). These tires are produced and exported from China, and imported by Transamerica Tire Co., Ltd. 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of new pneumatic light truck tires of rubber, radial, with a "LT" prefix or suffix in their sidewall markings that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on Passenger Vehicle and Light Truck Tires from China at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
