Commerce has published in the Federal Register (80 FR 69644) on 11/10/2015 the final results of administrative review of certain exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on drawn stainless steel sinks from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period 10/04/2012 through 03/31/2014. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain exporters. Therefore, for shipments of drawn stainless steel sinks from the PRC entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/10/2015, the required cash deposit has been revised for the following exporters: Exporter: Foshan Zhaoshun Trade Co., Ltd. NOTE: Commerce, in its final results of review (80 FR 69644), determined that Feidong Import & Export Co., Ltd. is no longer eligible for a separate rate and is considered part of the PRC-wide entity. Accordingly, we have inactivated in ACE the following case number previously applicable to Feidong Import & Export Co., Ltd.: A-570-983-006. 3. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the exporters listed above, then the following instructions apply: A. If the PRC or non-PRC exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the applicable exporter's rate for determining the cash deposit rate. B. For all exporters of subject merchandise which have not been assigned a separate rate, the cash deposit rate will be the PRC-wide rate of 76.45 percent. C. For all non-PRC exporters of subject merchandise which have not received their own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the rate applicable to the PRC exporter that supplied that non-PRC exporter. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise included in this administrative review until assessment instructions are issued. 5.
