1. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey for the period 01/01/2013 through 12/31/2013. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (80 FR 70186) on 11/13/2015, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producers/exporters as listed in paragraph 2. Ref: Message 5289301, dated 10/16/2015. 2. For shipments of circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/13/2015, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: Borusan Companies Case Number: C-489-502-015 Cash deposit rate: 0.88 percent Note: The Borusan Companies include the following entities: Borusan Group, Borusan Holding, A.S., Borusan Mannesmann Boru Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S., Borusan Istikbal Ticaret T.A.S., and Borusan Lojistik Dagitim Pepolama Tasimacilik ve Tic A.S.
