1. Commerce published in the Federal Register (80 FR 48812) on 08/14/2015 the implementation of its Section 129 determination regarding the antidumping duty investigation on certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from the PRC for the period 04/01/2011 through 09/30/2011. The effective date of this determination is 08/04/2015. 2. As a result of Commerce's determination, the antidumping duty cash deposit rates from the investigation have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, in accordance with that determination, below are the revised cash deposit rates for any exporter/producer combination whose cash deposit rate has not already changed pursuant to an intervening administrative review of the exporter, for shipments of certain crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from the PRC entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/04/2015.
