THE DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE HAS COMPLETED ITS REVIEW OF THE ANTIDUMPING ORDER ON IRON CONSTRUCTION CASTINGS FROM THE PEOPLE'S REPUBLIC OF CHINA (PRC) FOR THE PERIOD MAY 1, 1993 THROUGH APRIL 30, 1994, AND PUBLISHED THE FINAL RESULTS IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER ON OCTOBER 2, 1995. 2. ACCORDINGLY, BASED ON THE RESULTS OF THIS REVIEW, FOR SHIPMENTS OF IRON CONSTRUCTION CASTINGS FROM THE PRC ENTERED OR WITHDRAWN FROM WAREHOUSE, FOR CONSUMPTION ON OR AFTER OCTOBER 2, 1995, YOU SHALL COLLECT A CASH DEPOSIT EQUAL TO THE AMOUNT LISTED BELOW: MANUFACTURER/EXPORTER PERCENT MINMETALS GUANGDONG 92.74 3. FOR ALL OTHER PRC EXPORTERS OF IRON CONSTRUCTION CASTINGS, INCLUDING THE LIAONING BRANCH OF THE CHINA NATIONAL MACHINERY IMPORT AND EXPORT CORPORATION (MACHIMPEX, LIAONING), THE PRC CASH DEPOSIT RATE IS 92.74 PERCENT. 4.
