Re: Initiation of scope inquiry - antidumping duty order on mattresses from Poland (A-455-807) 1. On 07/16/2025, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether mattress covers imported by EBI, LLC for further assembly and/or manufacture into finished mattresses in the United States are covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on mattresses from Poland (A-455-807). 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of mattress covers imported by EBI, LLC that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on mattresses from Poland at the cash deposit rate(s) in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
