1. On 09/23/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register (90 FR 45725) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value and final affirmative determination of critical circumstances, in part, in the antidumping duty investigation of hexamethylenetetramine from India (A-533-932). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4311402, dated 11/06/2024. 3. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-533-932. 4. For imports of hexamethylenetetramine from India from the companies named below, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/06/2025 (date suspension first started). Effective 09/23/2025, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Kanoria Chemicals and Industries Limited Case number: A-533-932-001 Cash deposit rate: 5.11 % All Others Case Number: A-533-932-000 Cash Deposit Rate: 5.11% 5. Commerce has determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of hexamethylenetetramine from India from the companies named below. CBP shall suspend liquidation of such shipments that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/05/2025, which is 90 days before the date on which suspension of liquidation was first ordered for such entries.
