CSMS #52736254 - Information on the Deployment of ACE Collections - Release 6 Refunds U.S. Customs and Border Protection sent this bulletin at 07/28/2022 09:40 AM EDT Cargo Systems Messaging Service CSMS #52736254 - Information on the Deployment of ACE Collections - Release 6 Refunds On August 27, 2022, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) will deploy Collections Release 6 – Refunds to the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE). This release will impact the Office of Finance and Office of Field Operations and will have some impact on the Trade community. For Trade users, this release will: Provide visibility into refund history within ACE Reports starting with Release 6 and onward. The Trade can access the report through their ACE Secure Data Portal Account. Automated Clearinghouse (ACH) refunds will no longer override the 4811 on file. No changes to refund timelines. No updates to the CATAIR. Support Resources In preparation for the upcoming deployment of Collections Release 6 to ACE, CBP will be hosting a Pre-Deployment Support Call for the Trade on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. ET. Please join the meeting using this meeting link . Participants are encouraged to join at the start of the call when ACE Collections will provide a brief deployment status update.
