This is a correction to message 5202305, dated 07/21/2015 to correct paragraph 2 of that message.

Paragraph 2 of message 5202305 contains incomplete information regarding the companies from which you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties of 0.99 percent of the entered value.
On 08/19/2015, the Department published a Correction to Final Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2012 (C-570-971) on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China for the period 01/01/2012 through 12/31/2012 (80 FR 50265) because the net countervailable subsidy rate for one producer under review, Linyi Youyou Wood Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Shanghai Lizhong Wood Products Co., Ltd. (also known as the Lizhong Wood Industry Limited Company of Shanghai), was inadvertently omitted from the notice.
Therefore, we are now including this company in paragraph 2.

Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on multilayered wood flooring from the People's Republic of China (PRC) for the period 01/01/2012 through 12/31/2012 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 07/14/2015 (80 FR 41007).
Commerce published a correction to these final results on 08/19/2015 (80 FR 50265).

Accordingly, for shipments of multilayered wood flooring from the PRC entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/14/2015, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties of 0.99 percent of the entered value for all companies listed below:
