1. This is a correction to message 5212413, dated 07/31/2025, to correct paragraph two of that message. 2. Paragraph two of message 5212413 inadvertently assigns incorrect review-specific cash deposit rates to the companies not selected for individual examination. Rather, because these companies were rescinded from the review under message 4332413, dated 11/27/2024, no such review-specific rate should be assigned. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. Commerce has published in the Federal Register (90 FR 34842) on 07/24/2025 the final results of its administrative review of certain producers and/or exporters subject to the antidumping duty order on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico for the period 09/01/2022 through 08/31/2023. 4. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, for shipments of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico produced and/or exported by the firms listed below, entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/24/2025, the required cash deposit has been revised: Producer and/or Exporter: Maquilacero S.A. de C.V. Case number: A-201-847-001 Cash deposit rate: 7.77% Producer and/or Exporter: Productos Laminados de Monterrey S.A. de C.V. Case number: A-201-847-002 Cash deposit rate: 14.03% 5. If any entries of merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise has its own rate, use the exporter's rate to determine the cash deposit rate. B. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. C. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate for establishing the cash deposit rate. 6. For all producers/exporters of heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Mexico without their own rate, the cash deposit rate is 4.91 percent. 7. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 8.
