Importers and filers should monitor the Federal Register and CSMS for guidance on new HTS statistical breakouts effective July 1, 2022 which are covered by Section 301 duties and/or exclusions. Instructions will be provided on filing Section 301 duties and/or exclusions on the impacted HTS classifications, including instructions for filing post-summary corrections on previously filed entries.
