1. On 08/14/2015, Commerce published in the Federal Register its preliminary affirmative determination, alignment of its final determination and affirmative critical circumstances determination in part in the countervailing duty investigation of certain PET resin from India from 10/21/2015 until no later than 12/21/2015, thereby aligning it with the due date for the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of certain PET resin from India (80 FR 48819). 2. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 5106302, dated 04/16/2015. 3. This investigation has been assigned investigation number C-533-862. 4. Because Commerce determined that critical circumstances exist for imports of certain PET resin from India from the producers and/or exporters listed below, CBP shall suspend liquidation of all appropriate entries of certain PET resin from India that are entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 05/16/2015, which is 90 days before the date of publication of the preliminary determination in the Federal Register. Effective 05/16/2015, for entries of certain PET resin from India from the producers and/or exporters listed below, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rates listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: JBF Industries Limited Case number: C-533-862-001 Subsidy rate: 115.04% Producer and/or Exporter: All Others Case number: C-533-862-000 Subsidy rate: 5.50% 5. Commerce found that critical circumstances do not exist for imports of certain PET resin from India from the producer and/or exporter listed below. For imports of certain PET resin from India from the producer and/or exporter listed below CBP shall suspend liquidation of such entries which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 08/14/2015. Effective 08/14/2015, for entries of certain PET resin from India from the producer and/or exporter listed below, CBP shall require a cash deposit equal to the subsidy rate listed below: Producer and/or Exporter: Dhunseri Petrochem Ltd Case number: C-533-862-002 Cash deposit rate: 5.50% 6.
