Commerce issued message 5098405, dated 04/08/2025 informing CBP of the affirmative preliminary countervailing duty determination, and alignment of the final countervailing duty determination with the final determination in the antidumping duty investigation of overhead door counterbalance torsion springs from India (subject merchandise). 2. The merchandise covered by this investigation is described in message 4332408, dated 11/27/2024. 3. On 07/29/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register (90 FR 35660) its affirmative determination of critical circumstances in the countervailing duty investigation of subject merchandise. Accordingly, CBP shall suspend liquidation of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption during the period 01/03/2025 through 04/02/2025 (the 90-day period prior to the date of publication of the preliminary determination) and collect for such entries the cash deposit identified below: Producer and/or Exporter: Alcomex Springs Pvt Ltd.
