Commerce has completed its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules (solar cells), from the People's Republic of China for the period 03/26/2012 through 12/31/2012 and published the final results in the Federal Register on 07/14/2015 (80 FR 41003). 2. Accordingly, for shipments of solar cells from the People's Republic of China entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/14/2015, you shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value.
