1. On 07/14/2025 (90 FR 31162), Commerce published in the Federal Register its final results of administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain aluminum foil from the Republic of Turkiye (subject merchandise) for the period 01/01/2022 through 12/31/2022. 2. As a result of Commerce's review, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Accordingly, for shipments of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/14/2025, produced and/or exported by the companies named below, CBP shall collect a cash deposit of estimated countervailing duties at the following percentages of the entered value. Producer and/or Exporter: Assan Aluminyum Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. and its cross-owned affiliates Ispak Esnek Ambalaj Sanayi A.S., and Kibar Holding A.S. Case number: C-489-845-001 Cash deposit rate: 1.10% Note to CBP: Kibar Dis Ticaret A.S. has not been included in these instructions. As stated in the Federal Register notice dated 07/14/2025 (90 FR 31162), entries of subject merchandise exported by Kibar Dis Ticaret A.S. should receive the cash deposit rate assigned to the producer. Producer and/or Exporter: Panda Aluminyum A.S. Case number: C-489-845-003 Cash deposit rate: 1.46% Note to CBP: Seherli Danismanlik A.S. has not been included in these instructions. As stated in the Federal Register notice dated 07/14/2025 (90 FR 31162), entries of subject merchandise exported by Seherli Danismanlik A.S. should receive the cash deposit rate assigned to the producer. 3. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of subject merchandise until specific assessment instructions are issued. 4.
