1. On 07/07/2015, Commerce published in the Federal Register (80 FR 38667) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China (A-570-831). 2. Commerce found in its final results that Lanling Qingshui Vegetable Foods Co., Ltd. is a successor in interest to Cangshan Qingshui Vegetable Foods Co., Ltd. (A-570-831-066). Therefore, effective 07/07/2015, Lanling Qingshui Vegetable Foods Co., Ltd. is entitled to the cash deposit rate of 3.06 dollars per kilogram currently assigned to Cangshan Qingshui Vegetable Foods Co., Ltd. Commerce has deactivated case number A-570-831-066 and set up case number A-570-831-076 to reflect the company's new name. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of fresh garlic from the People's Republic of China which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 07/07/2015, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate: Exporter and Producer: Lanling Qingshui Vegetable Foods Co., Ltd. Case number: A-570-831-076 Cash deposit rate: 3.06 dollars per kilogram 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
