1. On 03/05/2025, Commerce initiated a scope inquiry on whether Yokohama TWS TR-900 Series Tires are covered by the scope of the antidumping duty order on truck and bus tires from Thailand (A-549-848). 2. Continue to suspend liquidation of entries of Yokohama TWS TR-900 Series Tires that are already subject to the suspension of liquidation under the antidumping duty order on truck and bus tires from Thailand at the cash deposit rate in effect on the date of entry. Such entries should not be liquidated until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 3. In accordance with 19 CFR 351.225(l)(5), this instruction does not affect or otherwise limit CBP's independent authority to take any additional action with respect to the suspension of liquidation or related measures. 4.
