1. On 04/06/2015, Commerce published in the Federal Register (80 FR 18373 ) its final results in the changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on Certain Lined Paper Products from India (A-533-843). 2. In the final results identified in paragraph 1, Commerce determined that Kokuyo Riddhi Paper Products Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Riddhi Enterprises. Consequently, Commerce determined that Kokuyo Riddhi Paper Products Private Limited should receive the same antidumping duty treatment as the former Riddhi Enterprises with respect to imports of Certain Lined Paper Products from India. 3. Accordingly, for shipments of Certain Lined Paper Products from India which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 04/06/2015, CBP shall require a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at the following rate: Producer and/or Exporter: Kokuyo Riddhi Paper Products Private Limited Case number: A-533-843-073 Cash deposit rate: 0% Note: Because we found Kokuyo Riddhi Paper Products Private Limited to be the successor-in-interest to Riddhi Enterprises (A-533-843-016), effective 04/06/2015, Riddhi Enterprises no longer has its own rate, and parties may no longer enter subject merchandise under case number A-533-843-016. 4. This cash deposit requirement shall remain in effect until further notice. Do not liquidate any entries of this merchandise until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 5.
