1. This is a correction to message 5090410, dated 03/31/2025, to correct paragraph 4a of that message. 2. Paragraph 4a of message 5090410 contains incorrect information about the date that the suspension of liquidation first started. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. On 03/28/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register (90 FR 14112) its final affirmative determination of sales at less-than-fair-value in the antidumping duty investigation of ferrosilicon from Brazil (A-351-860). 4. The products covered by this investigation are described in message 4116402, dated 04/25/2024. 5. This proceeding has been assigned case number A-351-860. 6a. For imports of ferrosilicon from Brazil, CBP shall continue to suspend liquidation of such shipments entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 11/06/2024 (date suspension first started). Effective 03/28/2025, CBP shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the margins for the producers and/or exporters listed below: Producer and/or exporter: Companhia de Ferro Ligas da Bahia S.A. Case number: A-351-860-001 Cash deposit rate: 13.66% Producer and/or Exporter: Ligas de Aluminio S.A. Case number: A-351-860-002 Cash deposit rate: 21.78% All Others Case number: A-351-860-000 Cash deposit rate: 13.66% 6b. Commerce found a zero or de minimis dumping margin for imports of subject merchandise for the producer/exporter identified below. Accordingly, CBP is directed not to suspend liquidation of imports of shipments, and not to collect cash deposits, from the producer/exporter as it will be excluded from any potential order. Producer and/or Exporter: Minasligas S.A. Case number: A-351-860-003 7. If any entries of this merchandise are exported by a firm other than the producer, then the following instructions apply: A. If the exporter of the subject merchandise does not have its own rate but the producer has its own rate, the cash deposit rate will be the producer's rate. B. Where neither the exporter nor the producer currently has its own rate or the producer is unknown, use the all-others rate of 13.66 percent to establish the cash deposit rate. 8.
