1. Commerce has amended the preliminary determination in the antidumping duty investigation on certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires from the People's Republic of China (PRC). This amendment was published on 03/26/2015 in the Federal Register (80 FR 15987) and corrects names and changes the cash deposit rate for exporter/producer combinations listed below. 2. These cash deposit rates have been adjusted to reflect the appropriate subsidy offsets determined in the companion countervailing duty investigation (C-570-017) and will be in effect through 03/30/2015, the day prior to the termination of suspension of liquidation in the aforementioned countervailing duty investigation. See message 5091302 dated 04/01/2015. 3. The products covered by this investigation are described in the message 5043310, dated 02/12/2015. 4. Commerce found that critical circumstances did not exist for imports of certain passenger vehicle and light truck tires from the PRC from the exporter/producer combinations listed below. CBP shall suspend liquidation of such entries which were entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 01/27/2015.
