1. This is a correction to message 4181303, dated 06/30/2014. 2. Message 4181303 contains incomplete information about the cash deposit for PRC and non-PRC exporters. Paragraph 5 below has been added to address this mistake. In addition, we updated this message by removing the word “producers” in paragraph 3 below (originally appearing in paragraph 1 of message 4181303), and omitting paragraph 3 of message 4181303 since the information in the paragraph is no longer necessary.
