Beginning at the end of January, CSMS subscribers who have not recently engaged with GovDelivery bulletins (e.g., opened an email containing a CSMS message or downloaded a message image) will be sent a message with a prompt to confirm that the user would like to remain a subscriber. If users receive this message and would like to continue to receive CSMS messages, please follow the instructions provided. If users do not receive a message about maintaining your subscription, then users will automatically remain subscribed, and no action is needed. Update your subscriptions, modify your password or e-mail address, or stop subscriptions at any time on your Subscriber Preferences Page . You will need to use your e-mail address to log in.
