1. This is a correction to message 5043402, dated 02/12/2025, to correct paragraph 4 of that message. 2. Paragraph 4 of message 5043402 contains an incorrect spelling of the name of the producer and/or exporter assigned to case number C-122-872-001. Below is the fully corrected message. 3. On 02/10/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register its affirmative preliminary determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Canada (subject merchandise) (90 FR 9231). Additionally, Commerce has aligned the deadline for the final determination in the CVD investigation with the deadline for the final determination in the companion antidumping duty investigation of the same merchandise, currently scheduled to be issued no later than 06/17/2025. On 02/27/2025, Commerce published in the Federal Register a correction to its affirmative preliminary determination in the countervailing duty (CVD) investigation of certain corrosion-resistant steel products from Canada (subject merchandise) (90 FR 10813). 4. The merchandise covered by this investigation is described in message 4277403, dated 10/3/2024. 5. This proceeding has been assigned case number C-122-872. 6. CBP shall suspend liquidation of subject merchandise entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/10/2025 (the date of publication of the preliminary determination), and shall require, for such entries, a cash deposit equal to the percentages of entered value for the producers and/or exporters listed below.
