Ref: Message 2152404, dated 06/01/2022 1. Commerce has amended the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on raw honey from Brazil for the period 04/01/2020 through 03/31/2021. This amendment was published in the Federal Register (90 FR 9225) on 02/10/2025, and changes the cash deposit rate for the producer(s)/exporter(s) as listed in paragraph 2. 2. For shipments of raw honey from Brazil entered, or withdrawn from warehouse, for consumption on or after 02/03/2025, the amended cash deposit requirement is as follows: Producer and/or Exporter: Apiario Diamante Comercial Exportadora Ltda/Apiario Diamante Producao e Comercial de Mel Ltda Case number: A-351-857-002 Amended rate: 10.52% All Others Case Number: A-351-857-000 Amended rate: 9.38% 3. Instructions for collecting additional deposits will be issued in a separate message. 4. These cash deposit requirements shall remain in effect until further notice. 5. Do not liquidate any entries of the merchandise covered by the administrative review until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
