If an inquiry cannot be resolved via email, ACE Support team members will contact the inquirer via telephone. A reminder message will be sent on January 2, 2022. FDA ACE Support hours are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays, 8AM-8PM Eastern both before and after this change. FDA ACE Support: ACE_Support@fda.hhs.gov .
