1. On 10/27/2020 (87 FR 65035), Commerce published in the Federal Register the final determination of certain superabsorbent polymers (SAP) from the Republic of Korea (Korea). See message 2304402, dated 10/31/2022. On 12/20/2022 (87 FR 77794), Commerce published in the Federal Register the antidumping duty order on SAP from Korea. See message 2357409, dated 12/23/2022. 2. On 01/03/2025 (90 FR 302), Commerce published in the Federal Register the amended final determination of the antidumping duty order on SAP from Korea. On 01/10/2025, Commerce issued an amended cash deposit instruction pursuant to court decision. See message 5010403. 3. As a result of Commerce's amended final determination, the cash deposit rates have been revised for certain companies. Therefore, CBP is authorized to collect the difference in cash deposits for entries of SAP from Korea produced and/or exported by the entities listed in paragraph 4 from 12/27/2024 through 01/09/2025. CBP should calculate the amount to collect by determining the difference between the amount of cash deposit paid as a result of the application of the cash deposit rate in the final results and the amount due as a result of the application of the cash deposit rate in the amended final results. 4. Listed below are the deposit rates that were assigned to certain companies in the less than fair value investigation (see message 2357409, dated 12/23/2022) and the deposit rates that were assigned in the amended final results of administrative review: Producer and/or Exporter: All-Others Case number: A-580-914-000 Final cash deposit rate: 17.64% Amended final cash deposit rate: 26.05% Producer and/or Exporter: LG Chem, Ltd. Do not liquidate entries of SAP from Korea produced and/or exported by the entities in paragraph 4 until specific liquidation instructions are issued. 6.
